Bedroom: Queen sized bed (Purple mattress, 400 thread count sheets). Low ceiling, tighter, space, as it’s in a renovated cellar. Bathroom: Walk-in shower, amenities provided (Public Goods toiletries, hair dryer, make-up mirror, iron, closet with hangers). Living Area: Crate & Barrel sofa, electric fireplace, 60 inch smart TV to log into any streaming services
Kitchenette: Mini fridge, Nespresso maker (4 pods provided complimentary), coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and dishes. Eat-in bar/workspace with 2 stools.
Outdoor space: Covered patio with table and chairs, with private parking in rear.
Other notes:
– Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM – Starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags provided.
– Well House is located behind our main residence, but will be completely private from the main house.

Such a convenient location, located a short walk from Emma + Ollie, Nury’s, Chase’s Place and Granite House for all your meals. Also, less than a mile from Main St, Fredericksburg.
Uber is available in town, as well as many tour options for exploring wine country. But, you could also walk to many places!

“As mentioned in other reviews, the wellhouse was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated as shown in the pictures! The only thing to note is that it is directly attached to the back of the hostu2019s main house. We only heard the hosts above us a little on our first night so it wasnu2019t a buzz kill! I donu2019t think they could hear us below but just an FYI if you want a place that you can be completely carefree and rambunctious. Other than that, the location was absolutely perfect and truly a 10-15min walk to Main St. The hosts were extremely communicative and helpful as well! Would definitely recommend staying here!”
